With the extreme temperatures during the forthcoming months, travelers will opt for renting a car instead of spending time outdoors waiting for public transport. The recent travel advisory restrictions, as well as the current economic climate, will result in a lot of regional travel for people in the Middle East,' said Marwan Al Mulla, General Manager, Dollar Rent a Car.
The event will take place from 2nd - 4th of June at the International Riyadh Exhibition Center and claims to have attracted a significant number of Arab and international airlines, hotels, and travel and tourism operators. There are also a number of governmental bodies, foreign missions and tourism activation committees from around the world.
'The Riyadh Travel 2009 exhibition will provide an excellent platform to network with potential travelers whom we can serve in the United Arab Emirates and Oman. We will also strengthen our ties with trade buyers, corporate buyers, wholesalers, and tour operators,' continued Al Mulla. 'We understand the intricacy involved with traveling during the current economic situation, and are adopting our strategies for the summer to accommodate travelers' needs by providing them cost- effective, fully serviced, brand new quality vehicles.' |
